Training Approach

The Value Search training is conducted for differing reasons. In some cases it is conducted for familiarization or appreciation of techniques, in other cases for formal qualification of individuals, and in some other cases for in-depth transfer of practical “know how” to organization and individuals.

The underplaying structure is to convey the efficient training through various means of communication:

  • An independent survey confirms that rate of retention for each individual.

  • Reading 10% retention

  • Hearing 20% retention

  • Seeing 30% retention

  • Hearing and seeing 50% retention

This study provides a very useful clue to effective communication, and confirms that audio-visual techniques are much better than just audio or visual. Also that writing / reading messages is the least effective way to communicate. There are broadly four components of any communication:

  • Communicator;

  • Medium;

  • Message; and

  • Recipient

The combination of theory with practical application to live examples and continues result based performance indicates experiences of application in practice. It is from experiential element of the training that participants benefit most.

Training components
